About Lowlu
Lowlu is London's sauna and cold plunge brand, rooted in Finnish contrast therapy and built around one simple idea: a weekly reset that leaves you feeling better than when you arrived. We have sites in Kentish Town, Wandsworth and Ilford. We are early, fast-moving, and serious about building something that lasts.
The role
Every site needs someone who owns how it actually runs, day in, day out. That's this role. You'll oversee the day-to-day performance of multiple Lowlu sites, keep operational standards high, and be the person who spots a problem before anyone else does.
This is not a desk job. You'll be on-site, hands-on, fixing what needs fixing and building the systems that keep quality consistent as we grow. As Lowlu opens new sites, the expectation is that you scale with it. This is an early hire at a business with real momentum, and that means real room to grow into a senior operations leader.

What you will do
- Oversee the day-to-day performance of multiple Lowlu sites.
- Own the customer experience and look around corners to spot any issues before anyone else does.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of all on-site sauna hosts.
- Coordinate maintenance across all sites.
- Carry out minor repairs and practical fixes where appropriate.
What we're looking for
- 1+ years' experience in an operations role, preferably in hospitality/leisure management.
- Proven record of maintaining high operational standards.
- Strong systems mindset, able to implement and refine processes to ensure high quality.
- Hands-on physical maintenance skills and willingness to do, not just advise.
- Driving license essential and access to a vehicle highly desirable.
- Desire to work in the sauna and wellness space.
- Someone who enjoys a hospitality schedule and wants to run things during our busiest times.
