Membership Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully:

Membership duration

• Your membership renews automatically every month from the day you sign up and you can cancel at any time by tapping ‘cancel plan’ in your account in the Lowlu app or website. If you have any queries, reach out to support@lowlu.co via email.
• Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until your next billing date. Any bookings scheduled after this date will be automatically cancelled.
• If you cancel mid-way through a month, you are not entitled to a partial refund.

Membership misuse, suspension, or cancellation

• This membership is non-transferrable and therefore for your use ONLY, please do not use it to book for others. We will require every Lowlu member to upload a photograph of themselves upon activation and we reserve the right to terminate your membership if misuse is suspected, for example if someone else tries to gain access using your membership or details.
• Memberships cannot be paused, but you can cancel and rejoin at any time.

Usage policy

• You can book a maximum of one session per day of your membership. You will have to book every session on the app or on the website (although you will not be charged) and you will not be allowed to enter the site without a booking.
• We reserve the right to withhold benefits and revoke memberships from any sauna guest who doesn't adhere to our sauna etiquette or site terms and conditions.
• Please ensure you check in with a host at every session you attend. We may temporarily freeze your membership for a week if you miss 2 sessions in a row as we have to protect space for other guests.

Our rights as a venue

• Lowlu reserves the right to change our opening hours, site layout, product offering, software offering, or membership benefits at any time, without prior notice.
• Lowlu may close sites, saunas, cold plunges or seating areas temporarily for maintenance or unforeseen reasons, without prior notice. Note we regularly close all our sites for periodic maintenance.
